This forty-year-old flex metal building was previously an auto sales and repair facility. It had sat unused for several years — dirty, outdated, and overlooked. We kept the exterior and reworked the rest, repurposing the building as a gym and wellness facility.

We opened up the interior and installed new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation throughout. Three roll-up glass doors bring in natural light the building never had and open the training floor to the outside. We built new bathrooms with showers to a standard the original building never imagined, and added a dedicated hot-and-cold therapy area with dual custom Nordic saunas and dual cold plunges.
